Delivery Policy

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During peak seasons this may extend slightly. You'll be notified once your order ships.

Delivery timelines

• Most locations — delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch.
• Remote and interior areas — delivered within 8–10 business days after dispatch.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking number so you can follow its progress with the courier. You can also view order status any time under My Orders.

Lost or damaged parcels

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@impression4u.com or +91 92054 64658 so we can take it up with the courier.

International shipping
