How do I place an order?
Sign in with your mobile number, add products to your cart and pay online. Your wholesale account is created with your first order.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, ₹1,000 per order. You can mix any styles and categories to reach it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. Payments go through our secure payment partner, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes, in your business name. Add your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice is issued when your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us with your order number.
How soon will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 10 business days, then delivery takes 3–10 business days depending on where you are.
- Delhi NCR and North India: 3–4 days
- Metros and major cities: 4–6 days
- Remote locations: 8–10 days
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, to most pincodes through our courier partners. We don’t ship outside India yet.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us right away with your order number and we’ll make it right. Please check your parcel when it arrives. Unused items in their original packaging can also be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Every month. A new shipment lands in Delhi each month, so there is always something new to restock.
